These terms apply when you use polygelnailkit.com or buy from PolyGel Nail Kit ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Our products
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can look different on different screens, and packaging may change. PolyGel, gels, top coats and similar nail products contain chemicals that can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in some people. Read and follow the instructions, don't apply products to broken or irritated skin, and stop using a product if you have a reaction. Use UV/LED lamps only as directed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but a change won't affect an order we have already accepted. Shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud, and if we do we'll refund anything you paid. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before the order ships.
Shipping
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Our 30-day guarantee is set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Discounts and offers
Discount codes and promotions have their own conditions, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time. Unless we say otherwise, offers can't be combined.
Reviews and content you share
If you post a review, photo or other content on our site, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to display it on our site and in our marketing, with your name as you entered it. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
Using our site
Everything on this site, including text, photos, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy it for commercial use without our permission. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to interfere with how it works, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
Other services
Our site uses services from other companies, such as Shopify for checkout and Judge.me for reviews, and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights under consumer guarantees.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
