Email is the fastest way to reach us, and a person reads every message.
We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over the weekend get picked up Monday.
Before you write
Two things we're asked most, answered faster here:
- Where's my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping email, or use track your order. Delivery is 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- How do I return something? You have 30 days — see shipping and returns. Email us with your order number and we'll sort it.
Anything else
Stuck mid-application, unsure which kit to start with, or want a shade we don't stock yet — write to us. We'd rather answer a question before you buy than process a refund after.
