Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $3.99. You'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders ship with tracking and usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Some items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Orders that haven't arrived

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us and we'll resend it or refund it. See our Refund policy for details.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
