Track Order

Every order ships with tracking. Here's how to find yours.

Your tracking link

When your order leaves our supplier you'll get an email with a tracking link in it. That email is the fastest route — search your inbox for "PolyGel Nail Kit" and check your spam folder if it isn't there.

How long it takes

• 1–2 business days before your order is dispatched.
• 7–14 business days in transit to US addresses.
• Tracking often goes quiet for the first few days while the parcel is in transit. That's normal and it isn't lost.

If tracking hasn't moved

Give it five business days from dispatch. If there's still no movement after that, email us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.

If it hasn't arrived

You're covered by our 30-day guarantee either way — see shipping and returns. A missing parcel gets replaced or refunded, whichever you'd prefer.
